What information do we collect?

This allows us to process your registration, fulfill your service request, and assign you a user name and password, which you will use to access our suite of services on an ongoing basis.

Will Velocity Signal ever disclose any of this personal information?
We will never disclose personal information individually. If we share any information to our partners and affiliates, it will always be general information from all of our users. We also ensure that all of our partners and advertisers sign confidentiality agreements to safeguard this information, and they must conform to our privacy practices. Velocity Signal does reserve the right to disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to collect or report debts owed to us, and to protect our and our affiliates rights and property.

How does Velocity Signal protect customer information?
When you first register with us, access and make changes to your personal account information, or subscribe to a new service, we process your requests via a secure server. How will I access my account?
Access to your account and other member-specific information is protected by password, and we recommend that you never divulge your password to anyone. Please be careful when online. Velocity Signal will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.

How does Velocity Signal use cookies?
We only use cookies to make our site convenient for you. When you are moving from section to section, information that you have entered travels with you stored in the cookie. This allows us to automatically load pages with information we know you are interested in. No personal information is ever stored in a cookie from Velocity Signal on your computer. When you close your browser at the end of your session on the Velocity Signal site, our authentication cookies are deleted.
